canal-side charm
central location helpful staff original features warm welcome
the location was unbeatable it allowed easy access to many attractions and transport links. i found the staff helpful offering umbrellas when it rained and assisting with luggage. the room had beautiful original features such as exposed beams and brickwork. i enjoyed my stay feeling very welcome and looked after.
the stairs were rather steep it might pose a challenge for some guests with mobility issues.

Staff members were available when needed responding quickly to requests. Their attentiveness contributed positively to the overall experience i enjoyed at the hotel they displayed true care.

the hotel is near a square that features multiple restaurants and activities everything felt close and accessible. major attractions were within a mile making exploration easy and enjoyable from the hotel's doorstep.

Breakfast isn't served at the hotel i noticed. however, snob restaurant is located nearby. It serves a very delicious breakfast i am pleased.

The premium double room had a comfortable bed. The shower was lovely offering good pressure for a refreshing experience. windows opened to a canal view which added to the room's charm it felt romantic.

helpful staff comfortable bed central location canal view
the staff helped with suitcases. they also offered umbrellas when it rained. the bed provided comfort and the view faced the canal. i found the location to be central, near a tram line. restaurants are close too. access to main attractions is possible by walk.
the room's windows only opened slightly. this occurred because the ceiling sloped. there is no elevator. the stairs were steep and narrow.

discounts are available when guests visit the cafe. a variety of cafes, restaurants, and bars are within a short walk. many choices exist for places to spend leisure time.

the location allows easy access to places by foot. the tram station is nearby. this makes reaching the hotel from the centraal station simple. the hotel is situated directly on the canal.

the room featured nespresso machine. coffee pads were available. the hotel provides daily room cleaning services. bathroom accessories were replenished each day, including both bath and tea items.

An acceptable stay
nice beams helpful staff narrow stairs no elevator
The attic room I had featured nice beams. The staircase to reach it was VERY steep. I was grateful for the quiet environment at night and helpful staff, it was appreciated.
The stairs were steep and narrow, not suitable for everyone. There was no elevator available. I found this quite inconvenient.

Due to the historical nature of the building, an elevator cannot be added. However, there are stairs to access the rooms. Do any of the rooms feature a bathtub instead of just a shower?
